I have an amazing recipe for you – it’s my ultimate vegan green smoothie! OMG!
I know we are all trying to keep our immune systems strong during this crazy time, and this smoothie is absolutely perfect to fuel you with the vitamins necessary to stay healthy.
With ingredients, like pineapple, mango, hemp seeds, banana, ginger, spirulina and matcha coconut water you will be getting A TON of vitamin C and electrolytes.

Coconut water is incredible for natural electrolytes – I like to refer to it as nature’s gatorade. When you need to boost your immune system, I recommend using it instead of almond milk in your smoothies.

My clients are always asking me how they can lose weight while being vegan and I direct them towards recipes just like this one. It’s absolutely amazing for shredding those extra pounds because it’s filled with fiber and it’s not caloric.
Did I mention how easy this recipe is too?! All you need to do is blend all the ingredients in a blender then serve. Pour into a mason jar then pop in a reusable straw and you are good to go.

Ultimate Vegan Green Smoothie
the ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp spirulina I use pure Hawaiian spirulina
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 thumb fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup C2O matcha coconut water I love this coconut water because it has matcha in it and no added sugar
instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
- Sprinkle with extra hemp seeds for garnish.
