Ultimate Vegan Green Smoothie

Hello beautiful people!

I have an amazing recipe for you – it’s my ultimate vegan green smoothie! OMG!

I know we are all trying to keep our immune systems strong during this crazy time, and this smoothie is absolutely perfect to fuel you with the vitamins necessary to stay healthy.

With ingredients, like pineapple, mango, hemp seeds, banana, ginger, spirulina and matcha coconut water you will be getting A TON of vitamin C and electrolytes.

I am so excited to have teamed up with C2O for this post.

They make AMAZING coconut water from green young thai coconuts and C2O explains that young thai coconuts are: “from an especially fragrant & tasty variety that is unique to the inland soils of Thailand, our coconuts are a freshwater type that yields a more delightful taste than the salty flavor of more common coastal coconut”.

Coconut water is incredible for natural electrolytes – I like to refer to it as nature’s gatorade. When you need to boost your immune system, I recommend using it instead of almond milk in your smoothies.

I am obsessed with their coconut water and their brand. I used the matcha coconut water in this post today! It’s beyond delish. If you’re a matcha fan – you NEED to find it.

Use their store locator to find out where you can get their coconut water near you!

Overflowing with healthy goodness, this is a plant-based smoothie you will fall in love with. If you didn’t know, I am a vegan health coach in addition to being a blogger.

My clients are always asking me how they can lose weight while being vegan and I direct them towards recipes just like this one. It’s absolutely amazing for shredding those extra pounds because it’s filled with fiber and it’s not caloric.

Did I mention how easy this recipe is too?! All you need to do is blend all the ingredients in a blender then serve. Pour into a mason jar then pop in a reusable straw and you are good to go.
