Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Sprinkle with extra hemp seeds for garnish.
Notes
If you’re not using frozen fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie thick and cold.
Be sure your banana is ripe (slightly brown and spotty) for a sweeter banana!
Use a high-speed blender to blend this smoothie so it’s extra smooth and creamy.
