Notes on Ingredients

- Banana: Make sure the banana is ripe. Using frozen will make the smoothie thicker and creamier, but fresh works too.
- Raspberries / Strawberries / Cherries: I suggest using frozen berries. They’re cheaper and sweeter!
- Electrolyte packet: My favorite smoothie hack! Add a packet of electrolyte powder for extra hydration. I use GoodOnYa electrolytes.
- Coconut yogurt: Makes the smoothie thick and creamy. I use Cocojune strawberry-flavor.
- Vanilla almond milk: Use unsweetened, organic almond milk.

Extra Helpful Tips
- Use frozen fruit instead of fresh to make the smoothie extra cold, thick, and creamy.
- Add milk in ¼ cup increments and blend in between. You might not need the entire 1 cup of almond milk–depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies.
- Feel free to substitute any of the berries for another fruit (or more berries). For example, don’t have frozen cherries? Use extra strawberries, raspberries or another fruit like mango.
