- Sweet Potato: Adds creaminess and thickness to the soup. Don’t worry about cutting perfect sweet potato cubes because it will get cooked down and blended!
- Seasoning: This recipe uses basil, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for spices. Feel free to swap out any of those spices or add in other spices you love.

Commonly Asked Questions
Store the Glowing Skin Soup in an airtight container for up to 4 days. To reheat, use a microwave or pour into a pot and heat on the stovetop.
You can use a non-dairy half and half alternative, coconut milk, or any non-dairy alternative (although they may not be as creamy as coconut cream would be).
I love to pair soup with salad or a sandwich. My Classic Vegan Caesar Salad or this Ultimate Veggie Sandwich would be perfect. A loaf of bread for dipping always pairs beautifully as well.

Extra Helpful Tips
- Don’t feel like you need to blend the soup entirely to a puree. I like to leave some texture remaining.
- You can substitute any of the spices for a different spice if you prefer.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the soup to reduce clean-up time! If you don’t have an immersion blender, you can transfer the soup to a blender and blend.
- Don’t worry about having perfectly cut veggies. They will all get blended together!
