What ingredients do I need for this Vegan Garlic Bread?
french baguette: From a bakery or store bought.
plant-based coconut blend dairy-free yogurt (I use Siggis): Any plain vegan yogurt to mix all the ingredients into.
olive oil: A healthy fat to help crisp up the bread.
garlic: Immune fighting properties and also delicious!
herbs: fresh oregano, flat leaf parsley, fresh thyme, fresh basil
salt & pepper
How do you make this Vegan Garlic Bread?
1. Preheat oven on broil
2. Cut bread
3. Mix yogurt, herbs, garlic and olive oil together with a pinch of salt and pepper
4. Add extra drizzle of oil to bread and rub garlic clove on
5. Spread yogurt mixture on the bread, top with vegan parmesan.
6. Bake on broil for 5-8 minutes until bubbly and crispy!!

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
