I used sprouted Ezekiel bread

non-dairy milk
unsweetened

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
vanilla

tablespoon
flaxseeds
ground
Instructions
Add the milk, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and flaxseed into a bowl and whisk well.
Heat up a non-stick pan, or grease a pan, on medium heat. Cut the bread into ~2 inch strips.
Dunk each slice of bread into the milk mixture (do not soak, just dip and remove).
Lay them on the non-stick pan and pan-fry on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with pure maple syrup and enjoy!
Notes
Use gluten-free bread if you are gluten-free.
Serve these sticks with 100% pure maple syrup for dipping or topping.
Do not soak the bread sticks in the liquid mixture as they’ll absorb too much liquid and become soggy… just a quick dunk!
