Honeyfor the rim
Shredded coconutfor the rim
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients, except sparkling water, honey & coconut, on high until smooth and combined.
Make the rim. Dip the rim of the glass into honey first and then shredded coconut.
Add ice to the glass. I use bubble ice cubes.
Pour the blended drink over the ice, top off with sparkling water, garnish with a cucumber ribbon, and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t skip the coconut rim and cucumber ribbon garnish… especially if you’re serving this drink to a crowd. It takes the whole drink to the next level!
This recipe makes enough for 1 serving/1 drink. Feel free to adjust the number of servings in the recipe card to make more.
Use a blender to blend all of the ingredients up–not a food processor. An immersion blender should work if you don’t have access to a blender.
I like to use bubble ice cubes but any shape works.
