avocados
ripe

cilantro
chopped I use Josie's Organics

limes
juiced

cup
tomato
diced optional

onion
diced

cup
jarred jalapenos
chopped and mild or spicy

tablespoon
brine
from jalepeño jar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the avocados first. I like to use a potato masher. Mash them well.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir until combined.
Enjoy with veggies, chips, on a salad, in tacos, etc!
Notes
Use a potato masher to easily mash the avocados. If you don’t have one, a fork will work too!
This guacamole will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. The lime juice prevents it from turning brown.
Finely dice your onions, tomatoes, and cilantro to avoid any big chunks in the guac.
