Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Notes
Use a high-speed blender to ensure this smoothie fully blends and gets extra creamy.
Use at least one (but ideally all) frozen fruit to make the smoothie thick and cold.
Any non-dairy milk will work in place of almond milk. Soy milk is a great high protein alternative.
