Notes on Ingredients

- Baguette: I use a French Loaf Baguette and slice it in half (length-wise).
- Dairy-Free Yogurt: The secret ingredient to making this garlic bread so cheesy and delicious. Be sure to use a plain and unsweetened flavor.
- Garlic: We use lots (6 cloves) of fresh, minced garlic to amplify the garlic flavor here. Fresh is best!
- Oregano/Parsley/Thyme/Basil: Use all fresh herbs if possible. It enhances the flavor of the dish and tastes so much yummier. Dried will work in place if that’s all you have.

Extra Helpful Tips
- If your bread is on the staler side, don’t fret, gently run the bread under a light stream of water. When it bakes, it’ll be good as new!
- To save time, mince your garlic ahead of time and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- When using herbs, buy plants instead of packages that are one time use. This way you will be able to harvest your own herbs and it is cost effective, as well!
- Store in the fridge in foil or container for 2-3 days. To reheat, pre-heat the oven to 350F and cook for 8-10 minutes until warm.
