I am absolutely in love with this recipe for honeydew mint melon soup. It is not only amazing for your health but it is so incredibly yummy. Unlike traditional soup, this is served chilled..kind of like a fruit gazpacho.

Honeydew Mint Melon Soup
the ingredients
- 5 cups cut up honeydew
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 lime juiced
instructions
- Add the honeydew, mint and lime juice into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse to combine. Blend and enjoy! (don't overblend, you don't want the soup to be perfectly smooth but you also don't want it to be too chunky - blend to your preference)
