Vegan Mint Chip Milkshake (no added sugar)
Thick, perfectly sweet, minty, chocolaty, refreshing and super easy to make. Basically a 5-minute milkshake that's healthy enough to eat for breakfast.

Ingredients

banana
½
teaspoon
spirulina powder
I use Bare Organics

tablespoon
cacao nibs
I use Bare Organics

scoop
vegan vanilla protein of choice
1
tablespoon
peanut or almond butter
1
cup
kale or spinach
5
drops
peppermint extract
½
cup
almond milk
1
cup
ice
stevia
optional for added sweetness
Instructions
Add all ingredients except cacao nibs into the blender and blend. Once blended, pulse in the cacao nibs - these act as our healthy chocolate chips!
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use frozen banana to make it even thicker.
