1 glass container for storing & refrigerating pudding
Ingredients
1cupalmond milkunsweetened
3tablespoonchia seeds
1scoopchocolate protein powderor ½ cup additional cacao
1.5tablespooncacao powderor cocoa powder
2tablespoonmaple syrupadd more if you like it sweeter
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
Pour pudding into a container and let chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Overnight is best.

Use any protein powder of your choosing. Make a double/triple batch to have for desserts throughout the week – this stores well in the fridge.Top with fruit, coconut whip, granola, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or hemp seeds. The options are endless!
