package pre-made tubed polenta
I got mine from Trader Joe's
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut polenta into fry-like shapes and line them on the parchment.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic to taste and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy on the outside.
