1
sheet of parchment paper
1
bowl

1
cup
oats
½
cup
pumpkin seeds
½
cup
almonds
raw
½
cup
coconut flakes
unsweetened
1
teaspoon
pumpkin spice
5
tablespoon
maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix together.
Spread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Let cool fully and enjoy!
Notes
Substitute the almonds for any other nut you like. To make this nut-free, replace them with more pumpkin seeds.
Spread the granola in a very even, thin layer (approx. ½ inch) so it’s able to get crispy.
Store leftover granola in an airtight container at room temp for up to 1 week or in the fridge for up to 1 month.
