Ingredients

chopped green cabbage

chopped purple cabbage

diced cucumber

air fried tofu

chopped roasted cashews
dressing

soy sauce

peanut butter

Instructions
Start by cutting the tofu into cubes.
Spray the tofu with olive oil and add to the air fryer.
Chop up all of your veggies.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Add the veggies, tofu, and dressing to a large bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients together
