3bananaslarge, ripe, and mashed
½cupraisinsno added sugar
1.5teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana first. Then, add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet. The recipe yields about 20-25 bites.
Bake for 15 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.Substitute raisins with dried cranberries, chocolate chips, or chopped dates.Don’t worry about spacing out the bites on the baking sheet as these bites hold shape and won’t spread during baking.
