Notes on Ingredients
- Spaghetti: Use any kind of spaghetti noodle that works for you–organic, whole-wheat, gluten-free, grain-free, or high-protein.
- Olives: Use kalamata olives here to add the most flavor and tang. I leave them whole but feel free to use halves!
- Caper Brine: Save the liquid from the caper jar–you’ll need 1 tablespoon of it to add to the pot.
