Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. Thanks for sharing.

Great job! Do you outline all of your blog posts? I’ve read a few of them now and they are way higher quality than other blogs I’ve read.
Hi, I came across your post by accident and glad I did. I had all the ingredients on hand and had parmesan cheese right away. I had it on my vegan pizza and it made a world of difference. I will have this filled in an airtight container.šš
Hi Danielle. Great recipe. Been using it for 2 months now and love it. Good thinking with the garlic. Knowing when and where to add spices is a good skill many do not have. My 3 year old really loves this too, on her gluten free pasta with spaghetti sauce. Great. I’ve also not refrigerated it yet, and it hasn’t gone bad. I keep it in an airtight glass container. It seems to be doing well. I think it should keep well, I think if I wanted it to keep for longer I could dehydrate it, but I don’t think that’s really necessary. Just copied this to my recipe book with your website next to it. This way its easier for me to get the recipes without needing the internet. Thank you so much for creating this recipe.
This made me so happy! SO glad you love it.
Hi – this also works with pumpkin seeds.
Do you have a substitute for nutritional yeast? I have problems with it. Anything at all?
Thanks,
Dwayne
I haven’t tried it with anything else. There are some other recipes for vegan cheese without it that you can look up! š
Thanks for sharing the valuable information, this will be very much helpful
How long would the vegan parmesan keep for in the fridge please
Up to 3 months!
This vegan parmesan is so delicious, thank you for the recipe! Because I didnt have any garlic powder, I just added a small clove of garlic, and it still came out delicious and flaky (I upped the nooch a bit to make sure it would not become a paste). Can believe how tasty and cheap this is, not buying vegan parm in shop no more!
