CREAMIEST VEGAN MASHED POTATOES…OMG YES.
Potatoes are one of my favorite foods in general…but mashed potatoes were always on the top of my list. They are traditionally made with a lot of milk, heavy cream, and butter but not these. My version of creamiest vegan mashed potatoes are completely dairy-free, oil-free, and 100% delish.
If you want to learn how to make a healthier style of mashed potatoes, then I URGE you to try this recipe. I promise your taste buds will be so happy.
I teamed up with Milkadamia for this recipe blog. Milkadamia is an incredible company that practices and supports regenerative, sustainable farming. Their vegan nut milks are made from raw macadamia nuts that are sustainably farmed in Australia (so cool right?!). If you want to read more about their regenerative farming practices, head over to Milkadamia’s website to learn all about it!
Milkadamia’s products are all non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.
I don’t know about you but I LOVE a company that is earth-friendly and actually cares about our planet and the animals.

I used a coconut bowl to serve my mashed potatoes! Gotta love a bowl that recycled from a coconut…am I right?!
I used a little cultured vegan butter on top of my mashed potatoes but the recipe itself does not contain any vegan butter. Also, I added some chives + black pepper for garnish and OMG…this truly elevates the dish.
Try serving these to guests at a dinner party – they will be beyond impressed with your cooking skills and presentation. Creamiest vegan mashed potatoes are always a hit at my house.
Macadamia Nut Milk
The macadamia nut milk in this makes the potatoes CREAMY beyond belief. I like the unsweetened plain macadamia nut milk for this recipe! In addition, I made these for my boyfriend and he gave them a big thumbs up. On a side note – I am also obsessed with Milkadamia’s vegan coffee creamers…they are to die for.
Want a bite?! I know I want 100 bites! Keep the mashed potatoes coming!

Hi, this looks delicious! I live in South Africa and i’ve never seen macadamia nut milk here before, is there an alternative to this that you can suggest i use instead? almond milk perhaps?
you can use almond milk, yes!
Delicious! I used 4 1/2 cups of potatoes vs 7 small russets and I think maybe it could’ve used another cup of potatoes to be just a little thicker. But they were delicious! Definitely will make again 👍
I love mashed potatoes and these are so creamy! I love mixing things together, so I add peas/carrots to it, and top it off with butternut squash cheese sauce from your recipe collection. Everything tastes so yummy together!
Your recipes usually include alternative ingredient options. Macadamia Milk is not available, and macadamia nuts are hard to find and prohibitively expensive. What other nut milks have you used?
any non dairy plain milk is okay!
