Ingredients
210 oz bagscauliflower riceI use Josie's Organics
115 ozcan plain tomato sauce
1/4cupgreen chilies
1/4cupchopped jarred jalepenosoptional if you want it extra spicy
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspchili powder
1/2tspcumin
1/2tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1.5cups veggie broth
2tbspgluten-free flourstir in when it's almost done to thicken
salt to taste
cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a large pan.
Cover and bring to a boil then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. Stir every 10 minutes!
