Ingredients
2unripe frozen avocadoscut into chunks
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cupalmond milk
1/2cupmaple syrupadd 1/4 more if you want it sweeter
2tspvanilla extract
2tbsppeanut butteroptional: add if you still taste the avocado (depends on ripeness of avocados)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in the food processor or blender until completely smooth.
Serve and enjoy! Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.

optional: add if you still taste the avocado (depends on ripeness of avocados). If you still taste a hint of avocado add in the peanut butter! Using unripe avocados will ensure you don't taste the avocado. If you like your pudding sweeter, you can add more maple syrup until the sweetness is to your liking. Food processor method: you might have to blend for 2-3+ minutes until it's COMPLETELY smooth. You don't want any chunks. Just keep blending and scraping down the sides as necessary. Blender method will blend faster.
