Make Vegan Gluten-Free Bread at Home
Make the dough!
Make the dough by kneading it or using a kitchen aid mixer with a dough hook. No bread machine required!
Coat the top with any seeds you like
I made added everything but the bagel seasoning to the top of mine!
Let it cool
Allow the bread to cool for an hour before slicing.
Add butter or any toppings you like!
Enjoy the vegan gluten-free homemade bread with vegan butter, jam, peanut butter or make delicious avocado toast.
Keep the bread in a sealed bag or container in the fridge or on counter. After the first day, toast before eating it!
