Vegan Deviled Eggs (using potatoes!)
Boil potatoes and scoop out the middle
Boil small potatoes. Scoop out the middle with a teaspoon.
Make the filling
Using the extra potatoes that you scooped out. Make the filling with mustard, vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar and salt.
Fill the potatoes
Use a ziplock to fill the potatoes with the filling.
Garnish the vegan deviled eggs with smoked paprika and dill. These are absolutely delish.
