Vegan Chocolate Chickpea Bark
1 15 oz can of chickpeas
Dark chocolate chips
Roast the Chickpeas
Roast the chickpeas first to get super crunchy! I use parchment paper so they don't stick.
Coat the roasted chickpeas in melted chocolate
Melt your vegan dark chocolate chips, then coat the roasted chickpeas in it!
Lay on a baking sheet + freeze!
On a baking sheet with parchment, add the chocolate covered chickpeas. Let it sit in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden.
Break bark into pieces
Break the bark into pieces and enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer.
Enjoy the chickpea bark! You'd never know it had chickpeas. It's the best crunchy dessert ever and it's packed with protein.
