Cashew Sour Cream

While the chili cooks and the potatoes bake, you can make the cashew sour cream!

The cashew sour cream adds a really nice creaminess and texture to the recipe. The chili is warm and flavorful while the sour cream cools it down and pairs really nicely with the chili.
