I prepared the recipe with nutritional-yeast flakes and found that they did not stick as easily to the cauliflower as flour does. Was your experience different with powdered nutritional yeast?

    1. Ari Brown says:

Hi! You have to make sure the cauliflower is wet before rolling it in nutritional yeast. I used flakey nutritional yeast and it worked just fine. You could give the powdered one a try though!
